Mujerón is a Colombian brand of women’s clothing with both online and offline presence in Chile. Its main products include lift-up jeans, blouses, bodysuits, post-surgery girdles, and weight-loss girdles.

The Problem
Despite being successful offline, Mujerón faced serious technical issues with their e-commerce, which hindered their ability to generate more sales from organic traffic.
After conducting a thorough diagnosis, we identified several issues: duplicate meta descriptions, URLs without or with incorrect meta descriptions, URLs with SEO format errors, overly long titles, duplicate titles, slow loading times, site architecture problems, and a lack of rich snippets and schema markups for products.
These errors significantly affected how Google perceived the platform, leading to poor quality and quantity of organic traffic.
Due to these technical problems, the platform was not in a position to achieve greater profitability. Thus, the first step was to set specific objectives that we could achieve by correcting errors and optimizing the site semantically.

A Special System
Mujerón had 4 profiles on Google My Business for their 4 physical stores in Santiago, Chile. We created a system to organize the profile data to determine which keywords were related to each physical location.
This allowed us to understand the consumer’s purchase intent at each offline establishment, as consumers would often find Mujerón on Google, analyze the products on the website, and then visit the physical store.
Thanks to this system, we were able to advise the brand on which physical stores would be more effective for certain products, all based on digital search behavior.
